There is a lot of digital media at the disposal of many people. I myself prefer things such as YouTube for various travel videos or a website called Archive of Our Own for some light fan fiction. I enjoy reading and seeing writers flourish with creativity, it brings me joy. Sure, there is social media that everyone gets on like TikTok or Instagram, but I prefer variety as well. There are both positive and negative points to both sites that I enjoy, like the lack of updates and content. However, I find there to be much more positive aspects than there is negative. 

YouTube, I would say, has so much marketing attached to its videos and the content creators are always promoting some service that they enjoy. an example of that would be a creator that promotes a VPN for mobile and computer devices. Since the product is sponsoring their video, it is only fair to promote and market the product. The only thing that concerns me are if they review is actually genuine or is it to maintain the sponsorship.

I would hope that this a genuine use of the product and not some way to market it. However, there is nothing wrong with marketing a product and the best way to ensure that the product reaches its intended target is to promote is through digital media. Thats the best way to learn about consumer behavior and to see if there could be an increase in customer retention.

However, the brand has faced many trials with not being recognized by what they offer and only dealing with complaints of customers. The brand made an attempt to be more than that and involve its customers in a project where they speak about how the brand helps them day to day. They called it " Every day, Care". This targeted the brands audience by involving them in discussion on how the brand contributes to their needs and how it helps them.
